Contracted by the client to project manage the luxury fit out of 4,200 sq ft Grade II listed office space. From initial design consultations and spacial planning, through to tendering, bespoke furniture manufacture and fit out the project was managing within a tight deadline and the constraints of a Grade II listed buiding.

By understanding the full dynamics of the client, OBB were able to work with a luxury interior design company to create a unique working environment catering to each department’s needs.
